While I normally don't do reviews, I felt that I should make an exception for the exceptional service I received by Dr. Cotter last year. He went above and beyond to help me with my very complex vision problems. I hadn't been wearing a contact in my weaker eye for years since another eye doctor in the past gave me the impression it wasn't worth spending the extra money on. Dr. Cotter didn't give up so easily and was determined to get me using my lazy eye (amblyopia) again, and I'm so glad that he did since now I can see better than I have in many years! The staff is really friendly and efficient - all of them, with a special shoutout to Mariam. They gave me many options for my convenience when it came down to ordering and getting my contacts. The environment is pleasant and all the areas are clean. The Dr. is great, and explains what he’s doing why, and helped me find the right fit for contacts with no fuss. He’s also very pleasant and has great bedside manners. I highly recommend it.
I didn’t catch her name, but tonight a younger girl with dark hair adjusted my glasses that had a tweaked hinge for me. She was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this Walmart location for their good customer service :)
