I just transferred to a new insurance company and had never used an urgent care facility before. After obtaining a list of available facilities in my area, I opted for St Alphonsus Elm St facility. The staff was friendly and registered me quickly. After a short wait I was seen, diagnosed and out the door. My prescription was waiting when I arrived at my chosen pharmacy and the treatment worked.

Long wait time in lobby as well as once you are in a room. They run with 2 PA's on duty. The clinic itself is very dated and old. The staff is friendly enough but long long wait! Oh the PA we saw was 27 years old so not sure of the experience in the office. But he did get us over what we were being seen for so I would say efficient care.
