BEWARE! You will likely receive a bill almost a year after your appointment! I just did through a phone call using the excuse I changed my address! I moved SEVEN months after my appointment last January! So lame - when that reason didn’t work, Luz claimed they are now OWNED by another entity - Keplr Co out of NY. That was the reason why she couldn’t send me the bill or the statement - it would take too long. 🤷🏼♀️ so just pay the $147 you owe us from 10 months ago - oh and she wasn’t even sure if this had gone to collections?!?! WHAT? I NEVER GOT A BILL! or else it would have been paid. Good luck if this your go to eye care “specialist”. They don’t specialize in accounting - that’s for sure.

Bringing my son in was amazing, your doctor that is retired but working part-time in your office is completely amazing, she is very knowledgeable knows exactly what my son needs and she met every possible need that we had as well as answering every question that I gave her. Everyone was so kind and very welcoming. We were there for my 8 year old daughter , they did an amazing job of including her. The Dr we saw was amazing. , explained everything so well to both myself and my daughter. Very pleased
