Great job quick and easy very helpful only critique is would appreciate more communication from the company as a whole was told we could expect a tech from 12 to 5 pm and after 5 when noone had come and no call we called to get an update and then where told there was delays but Jose the tech we worked with I have nothing but praise for his work.

Jeff Davis did an amazing job!We didn’t know where the lid was to the tank. We had a ballpark area but weren’t sure.Jeff had to dig two times to find the lid.He replaced the sod back very well and watered it heavily for us.Jeff was amazing and worked hard to get his job done!

Kevin w/Express Septic called ahead and showed on time. Did a great job, answered all my questions, left a clean site. Great price as well. Have been in public works many years and Kevin had a great protocol for dealing with septic waste. Thanks for the service!
