Very nice establishment. They saw me right away. I was in an out in under an hour with an xray that was on site! If there was something to improve on it'd be a little more direction on after care. Sometimes you dont think of questions on aftercare until after you've left. But all in all definitely recommend this urgent care to others!

I’ve had issues with Sterlings billing and wait times in the past. Those don’t seem to be repeating lately and I received really good care this last time. Very happy with the care of the staff. I do wish there was more to help me feel more comfortable but I do genuinely feel like they’re trying and that is why I went in. Positive experience.

The staff that treated me were very professional, pleasant, and easy to speak with. The treatment plan that was prescribed was somewhat more comprehensive but similar to treatment plans I have received from other healthcare professionals, and I am extremely hopeful that it will successfully treat the condition that I went to Sterling Urgent Care for. I would definitely recommend Sterling to others if they are in need of an outpatient care facility.
