Took my kids for a competition class supervised by coach Sam Brown and it was worth every minute of the 4 hour drive there and back. Not just the extremely high technical proficiency of all the students, but also the warmth of the welcome to our family, the permeative culture of discipline, safety, gratitude, and respect. This is a *very* special program. Easy to see why their team competes so well at BJJ tournaments. Closer to 50-500 stars in terms of the overall experience. -pa

APEX fitness has great opportunities for everyone including kids. Everyone is always super nice when you go in and they learn who you are! Very personable. Everything is clean and organized. Thankful to have such an excellent place in the community. Check it out.

Very clean, top notch facility ran by a friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff.Apex offers a wide variety of classes for all age groups.Sam is an outstanding coach offering a jiu jitsu program for all age groups and skill level.Dianna is fun, friendly, enthusiastic when it comes to teaching her Zumba classes.Bonner’s Ferry is very fortunate to such a great facility available to them ran by an even greater staff.
