Carl Argan, ZEC’s Warranty Representative, exemplified an excellent public relations model. He courteously and effectively fully esolved problems we experienced. For example, he placed us in contact with very reliable skilled resources. When we had difficulty determining the correct replacement for burned out LED bulbs, he researched the item and provided us with a link for the purchase of the bulbs that were a perfect fit.
During our frustration, Carl was patient and seemed to welcome the opportunity to help, which we very much appreciated.

Approximately one year ago I purchased a Zack Evans Construction (ZEC) home in the WHITEHURST subdivision located in Eagle, ID. After looking at various homes built by several different builders and doing my research, it was obvious that the ZEC homes were superior. ZEC has built an excellent relationship with their subcontractors which are used on all their builds. As a result, the quality and consistency in the construction of their homes is excellent. Even my home inspector commented on what a good quality home I was purchasing when compared to others in the surrounding areas. I feel compelled to write a review which I do so infrequently, as great customer service today is so hard to come by. My wife and I recently purchased a Zach Evans home from the original homeowner. The house was originally built in 2022. During the home inspection process there were a couple minor issues noted on the home inspection report.
I reached out to Zach Evans Construction directly as I figured I had nothing to lose by asking. I spoke to Carl their customer service director and asked if there was anything that could be done in rectifying the documented issue .
