Worst moving company. They lie, they overcharge you, damage you belongings and don’t pay anything back. Rude and unprofessional. Use any other moving company. I wish I would have paid more attention to the prior reviews. Terrible not sure how they keep getting away with scamming people. They need to shut down.

Terrible Terrible business! My parents were lied to and it's been well over a month and my parents still don't have their belongings. The stress of the moving company has caused my mom to have a heart attack... My mom calls and costumer service keeps telling my mom there is no update on when the belongings will be delivered... This company has just been Terrible and I would recommend you run far far away from them!!

I wish I had done more research. A broker will set you up with this awful moving service. Beacon is the broker and is no longer available via a website. Western Van lines did not do a walk through and lied about it. The person in charge of our move in St. Louis, Rodney, argued with me about many of the things I was moving. Very confusing and unprofessional. It's a move don't understand the. They got high on their lunch break - so St. Louis. It took nearly 3 weeks beyond the date we set up for delivery for our belongings to arrive in Virginia. If I had the means and the money I would do more to make sure this company went out of business. Awful employees, awful service....read full review
