Bottom Line: Honest company! I have used Western for my HVAC needs at multiple rental properties for the last twenty years. Today I had an issue with an A/C unit. The technicians Aidan Brown and Ondrej Lewit diagnosed the problem and discovered it was related to an event that happened three years ago. The amazing thing is that they, on their own, investigated the history of the specific unit and made the honest decision to fix the current problem for free. They could have not reported the whole story to me and I would have never known. They had my back and I really appreciate that!
Well, to say that I was shocked at the increase in cost from my last water heater would be an understatement. But Western Heating and Air installer Ken made the replacement experience more bearable. Ken knows his job and does it very efficiently. Being an ex mechanic I was impressed at his knowledge and experience. He replaced our 17 year old 55 gal water heater with a new 50 gal and Ken had quite some difficulty getting the old tank to drain due to the settlement. We highly recommend Western Heating and especially Ken.
