My dog has been seeing the incredible vets at Vista Animal Hospital for nearly 10 years now. We have bounce around from Boise to Meridian to Boise again but her vet has been consistent. She loves every vet she’s seen from Dr. Bev, Dr. Schulz, and Dr. Wright. Each has their own approach but the values are the same and each visit is met with compassion and kindness.
This last visit my dog needed a tooth removed. Let me tell you … I was terrified because of anesthesia. (My dog is okay!) During a very difficult time, Dr. Shultz and his team were a true source of light. After our primary vet (not Vista Vet) discovered a tumor on my pup’s spleen, they reached out to Dr. Shultz to see if he could take us on as a patient. He squeezed us in quickly, and the surgery went smoothly.
The follow-up care and communication were truly five-star. Whenever I had concerns, Dr. Shultz never hesitated to tell me to bring my pup in for a quick check. My dog can be reactive, but the staff was incredibly warm and accommodating—so much so that he was never reactive toward them.

I visited Vista Animal Hospital for getting the paperwork needed for my pets to fly. Doctor Bev was great! She was very knowledgeable about the USDA documents needed and got everything approved quickly and in time for our flights. Thanks Doctor Bev and thanks Vista Animal Hospital!!
