Tonya is very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the process and science behind a lot of the procedure which I found to be very interesting. She listened to me and helped me achieve my goals for the session. More importantly she listened to what my body was telling her. If you are looking for a spa type massage geared more toward relaxation this isn’t the kind of massage for you. This is more deep tissue massage for rehabilitation or working on problem areas that athletes or highly active people require. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend to others who have pain or problem areas due to demanding physical jobs, sports, or heavy exercise.
