We have bought four of these screen doors at two houses. Three of them operated perfectly, but the fourth did not stay closed. Screen Door Guy came out and took care of the issue. They stand by their product. These are the best screen doors in my opinion.

The sales rep that came out was awesome the installer was awesome and a perfectionist in his work and did a wonderful job explaining how to use the screen doors and maintain them. I highly recommend them.
