I’ve been to 3 of Crystal’s retreats so far and they’ve all been absolutely amazing! Just when I think she can’t top the last, she does it again!Her retreats are intuitively designed so that each woman receives exactly what she needs.For me, this last one in Mt Shasta, was love and boy did love find me there.Being surrounded by women who are safe, loving, supportive, and open-minded is such a breath of fresh air.It isn’t by chance. Crystal is absolutely amazing! I recently had an opportunity to attend her Enchanted Mountain retreat in beautiful Mt. Shasta, Ca. Crystal went out of her way to ensure our experience was amazing and that we were all comfortable. The food was delicious, the accommodations were beautiful, the activities were extremely healing, peaceful, and fun. I made some amazing friends and will definitely attend again in the future if I am able.

Crystal is the best yoga teacher and reiki master i have ever met! She is so true to herself and has so much love to give! I HIGHLY recommend taking a class and reiki circle or reiki healing session or any amazing service from her! You will truly feel amazing after and it will leave you wanting to take more and more classes! :)
