Richard is by far the best optician I have seen or worked with! We just visited The Frame Joint for the first time. Richard was welcoming, asked what we were looking for and efficiently directed us to appropriate frames. My son has been wearing glasses since the age of 4, and is now ten. St Luke's Pediatric Opthalmology recommended The Frame Joint. The Frame Joint has the largest selection of kid's frames that I have seen. My very delicate rimless/frameless glasses were bent during travel and I was worried if they will get fixed. Google helped me find “The Frame Joint” and I walked into the shop to be greeted well by Marnee (assuming we met Marnee and Richard) She immediately took my glasses and was back in few minutes with the clean glasses back in shape! Whoa! How amazing! and next she said no charges. My husband and I were speechless. They both are very customer friendly and nice to talk to. They absolutely are very skilled! We also found big collection of nice frames there. Thank you so much Marnee, you saved my precious glasses!

I’ve been meaning to write a review ever since we started coming in 2020—because they absolutely deserve it. I have been coming to The Frame Joint with my daughter, Adeline, since she was three, and now more recently, my son just got his first pair of glasses here. We’ve now purchased four pairs of glasses from them, and every experience has been outstanding. We drive out all the way from Star, and it’s 100% worth it every time.
