“I am not from Idaho but I was visiting this last weekend when In my hotel I noticed I lost a ball to my healing septum ring. I did not have any extras and considered doordashing a replacement from Walmart but I happened to have long nails at the time so I decided to go to the nearest piercing shop. I showed up looking a fool in my pajamas but I had high hopes! There was one man in the building and he was busy tattooing another gentleman, he asked how he could help and I explained the situation. Well all he had was septum that were threaded differently so I couldn't just buy a ball from him. Well not only did he replace the full ring for me, pulling up a chair and taking the time out of his day to properly prepare for the swapping of jewelry, he did not make me pay for it. What an absolutely generous man. And when I tell you I walked in looking like I jusy rolled in from bumville, he owed me nothing and still went above and beyond to help me. I only come to Boise once a month but I decided I will start scheduling tattoo appointments here for when I visit because this joint absolutely deserves as much business as possible. I unfortunately do not know the name of this lovely gentleman but he knows who he is! Thank you again, I will be back!“

She took the time to explain everything to her from the process to the jewelry and which she thought would be best for her nose shape and being the first piece going in. When it came time to do the actual piercing she was so patient and kind and again explained everything to my daughter and what to expect so there weren’t any surprises.
