We've made two appointments at this location and both experiences were great! First, we made a last minute appointment for our 11yo son. Alma did a great job! She is amazing! We came back two months later and made another same day appointment. We had a different stylist who was also great. The second time the location was very busy. One gentleman left upset because he was a walk-in. He was rude, but it was his fault for not knowing to schedule online. The stylists handled it well. The haircut was adequate, but I felt rushed at the end. One minute, I'm checking the back of my hair, and the next, the girl was standing at the register waiting to cash me out. My hair was still all over my shirt and my face. You'd think for a $24.00 trim, you could get excess hair brushed off before being rushed to pay.
