Great communication regarding scheduling and explaining the process during a stressful situation. Taylor did an amazing job removing the tile and saving the tile so that we could reuse it.
Shawna and Kalab were terrific! They were such hard workers and did a great job cleaning up all the water damage in our bathroom. They were polite and did an awesome job of keeping the mess from spreading to the rest of the house. They also kept me informed every step of the way. Good job!
Everything about Standard Restoration's service was great. I would have appreciated a single, consistent point of contact throughout the process.My only complaint was the billing. I did not see a bill until I asked for it, yet I received emails, phone calls, etc. to pay the bill. My insurance company didn't help with their delays. I needed to remain diligent and persistent to get everything squared away.
