Love love love, every trip to Boise calls for a trip here. In terms of Day Spa downtown it's hands down always exceeding expectations. Received both massages and facials here and love coming back. Hubby is hooked now too! Can't wait until our next visit.
Spa Urbana absolutely delivered on my recent visit. Tucked right in the heart of downtown Boise, the location couldn’t be more convenient—easy to find and surrounded by plenty to do before or after your appointment. I went in for a deep tissue massage and it honestly did not disappoint. The therapist listened to what I needed, checked in on comfort, and really worked out some stubborn knots without being too intense. I left feeling completely refreshed—like a new man.

Very nice spa. I was able to park on the street directly in front since I had an early Sunday spot. I had a massage by Katherine! It was ahhmazing!!! I woke myself up snoring a few times! I'll definitely be back at least monthly while I'm here in Boise on assignment! Receptionist welcomed me upon walking in immediately with a smiling face, provided me with water and sat me to wait. Overall experience 5/5!
