If I could do more than 5 stars I would. I had great experiences previously with Sager and Sons at their old location, but had yet to visit the new location on Franklin until recently. I had some issues with my Kia and had to have it towed to the mechanic. I chose to take it to Sager and Sons because of my good experiences with them before. Although it had been a few years since I last talked to them, it was easy to set up a drop off appointment online when it was convenient for me, and then I was able to confirm with Alayna that they could look at it in a day or two.

We had an inspection done on a vehicle we were considering buying. It was EXTREMELY thorough! The people that run this shop went out of their way to help us from another state! The gal that took my call and set everything up had outstanding customer service. Sager and Sons exceeded my expectations and I very highly recommend working with them. I took my car in for a general check-up and received a very thorough inspection with photos and a clear breakdown of what needed attention. The team took the time to explain which repairs were most important for safety and why, which I really appreciated.
Pricing was transparent, payment options were available, and communication was prompt, kind, and professional throughout the entire process.
I ended up getting my front brake system replaced, and I now feel confident driving again. They also gave me a clear game plan for future repairs, which made everything feel much less overwhelming.
