I had my chimney cleaned 6 months ago by another company but recently started having lots of smoke in the house and I could tell by looking at the chimney outside that the screen was totally blocked with creosote. Yesterday it set my smoke alarm off twice in the hour after starting a fire! I had to do something quick. Today I got a hold of them by text and they contacted me right away. They happened to be in the neighborhood and was able to come within a short amount of time. I was right, the screen was totally plugged and he scraped a lot of creosote out if the chimney. We hired them to do a full clean after we had a pretty large construction project in our home. They were fast, efficient, and all of their staff that we interacted with were top-notch. They got us in very quick and the job was complete in a timely manner. Very satisfied.
