Romanoff was fine, except for not scheduling with me in advance when they would come out. Just left a voice message the afternoon prior to the morning of showing up. The installer was great and did a great job.
We had 2 crews.Laminate by Tony's crew followed a few days later as scheduled by a carpet crew, Papa's I think. Both did a fine job and were swift. The carpet crew fixed a forgotten threshold by the first crew. Over all it was a fine experience with both crews.
There was great communication from the company and installer. My installer Curtis was friendly, and worked hard to insure that my carpeting was installed properly even working through a couple of issues with the tack strips for the carpet. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the install and was happy to have a very skilled installer doing the work. Thank you Curtis and Romanoff Renovations for a job well done!
