Jose got to our house within a few hours of my outreach - our AC had stopped blowing cold and the 5 princesses I live with were in the process of melting. Jose was professional and quick to identify the issue. He was good as explaining the problem and made a great recommendation for an upgrade that would improve the lifetime function of our compressor. While swapping the capacitor and installing a booster, he had great advice on how to save on my taxes, and great investment tips - I am now going to be able to retire early. We have two companies come out: J&D and Top Shelf both of who said our entire AC unit would need replaced. Quality Heating and Cooling came out assessed the situation and found a leak. They were able to fix the leak and our AC the same day, saving thousands of dollars. Honestly amd integrity are hard to find, but we are so thankful for Quality for upholding good morals and being an honest company. We will definitely be using them from now on, and would recommend them to anyone.
