Honest, hard-working, and efficient!!! Our AC went out (on one of the absolute hottest days, of course) and we initially had a quote from a different company saying that we needed a new condenser. We got a second opinion from yet another company and they said replace the whole unit. (!) Also, they barely even looked at the thing, so we decided to get a THIRD opinion. Well, today we had Quality Heating & Cooling come out and he found the leak within minutes, repaired it fully, and refilled it. Absolutely live up to the name! Wish we would have called them first and we certainly will be from now on!

Jay came out to look at doing some work in our new home. He was great, knowledgeable and didn’t try to get us to do unnecessary work. We’ll call Quality when we need HVAC work done in the future.
