What an amazing experience! Tyra is kind, compassionate, brilliantly smart and incredibly talented. For the first time in 20 years, I feel like my shoulder may actually heal. Thank you for a fantastic first visit. I’m looking forward to many more!

Dr. Burgess had treated my husband after an Achilles Heal repair surgery. The injury was severe. Dr. Burgess suggested herbs and supplements to use immediately following the surgery and let me tell you- his surgeon and physical therapist are both amazed at how quickly my husband had been healing!! The surgeon was amazed. We are so grateful for the knowledge and expertise of Dr. Tyra Burgess. From the bottom of our hearts- THANK YOU!!!

Tyra does an amazing job at making you feel safe and secure; explaining what she is doing, asking questions, talking me through things while she works on my body. From the top of my head to the tips of my toes I felt peace! My first time experiencing tuning forks and my eyes leaked! It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Tyra and Pulse Holistic Health.
