After the job was completed, I had my invoice e-mailed to me thru Cole, after having trouble reaching someone at the office. In all, I was impressed with everyone connected to the job. Point Roofing came out to clean our gutters and provided exceptional service. Jessee, our Repair Technician, was respectful of our property, thoroughly cleaned the gutters, and did an excellent job overall. I was especially impressed with the care he took to make sure everything was in great condition before leaving, not only were the gutters cleaned, but all debris was removed from our patio as well.
They also replaced our roof about six years ago and did an exceptional job, so we've continued to trust them with our roof/gutter needs ever since. Highly recommend!
Point Roofing installed a new roof for me last week and the entire installation was top notch in every way! From the first meeting so they could do an inspection to see what needs to be done, until the final inspection was done by Point's General Manager and I walking around the new roof! The installation team were very polite, very conscious about doing the best job they could, and made absolutely sure there was no debris on the group....especially nails because we have three little dogs that could hurt themselves.
