Based on my encounters so far I'm not impressed and after reading these reviews I think this response from PPM reinforces my feelings ..."Park Pointe Management Services Inc (Owner) a month agoMarie. You should actually use your real name when leaving a review. Actually out of the 23 owners in your community 22 are satisfied with our service."What a juvenile and unprofessional response. Seek to understand what people are saying - don't respond flippantly if you want to be taken seriously.

If you enjoy working with a company headed by a narcissist, this is the management company for you.If you want someone who listens and gives thoughtful responses, I'd look elsewhere.Source: I'm part of an HOA board that used to use Park Pointe.

No integrity, no action,and no responses to dozens of emails and calls. If you walk in, they tell you only one person can handle your issue and that person is never there and doesn't make contact as they promised they would.
