Jeff and his team treated me fairly and respectfully. I felt confident it would be a good job and it was. This was my first time purchasing a home by myself and the home needed work. Recently I was affected by the crazy wind storm that blew through the Treasure Valley. I lost alot of old trees causing damage to my roof. Jeff got right on it for me and it's back to new!
We just had a full roof replacement we are so happy with how it turned out and with our experience! When the crew arrived, they were punctual, polite, and worked incredibly hard. They weren’t pushy and the project manager was easy to talk to transparent. They protected our landscaping, took extra time to tarp everything. At the finish of the install, they discovered some the roof caps shingles were bad. Instead of just covering it up, immediately showed me the bad shingles, got new ones and handled it right away. The project only took one day, our neighbors are taking 3-5 days. I highly recommend them!
Fast service with excellent communication! I was impressed by their expertise and thorough assessment and repairs. I have used them for commercial and residential properties and will continue to trust them with the literal roof over my head.
