“Was never asked any lifestyle questions (do you sit at a computer all day, drive a lot, etc.). Little to no effort/education in choosing right type of lens, ended up with progressives that only work ok for 75% of the day. Feeling stupid for not doing due diligence on lens types until after the fact (was always a single-vision lens person, would have stayed this way had known the cons of progressives). Exam was well done, decent equipment and felt like we got the newer prescription dialed in well. Note, was able to rectify by exchanging for standard lens type at no extra cost. New lenses are still a bit off, slightly worse at longer distance and nighttime light distortion than my beat up old lenses but they will suffice. It may be that I should have had the exam later in the day when the pressure in my eyes had normalized, who knows.“

“After going to another eye doctor for help with my dry eyes, I switched to Dr. Schilling. Completely different positive experience and I could not recommend him more. First off, I didn't have to wait 30 - 45 minutes from my appointment time to see him (The Eye Associates - that is the standard wait time from your appointment). In fact, I didn't have to wait at all. After spending thousands (literally) of dollars with The Eye Associates, Dr. Schilling diagnosed my dry eye as ocular rosacea and after a couple of prescriptions I immediately started feeling better. The Eye Associates also said I didn't need glasses despite me insisting that I could not read well. Again, Dr. Schilling did a very thorough exam and prescribed me with glasses (albeit not a strong prescription, but yes I do need them) 10 out of 10 experience with Barber Town Eye Care.“

“I will always recommend Idaho Eye Care..It is a ten in every aspect from the warm greeting from the office staff to the superior care from the doctors. I also want to highly recommend the yellow lens for night or fog vision. Recently in WA on the Olympic peninsula area of Shelton they were invaluable with the dark foggy days and early sunset. They may seem silly at first until you use then to drive in darkness. They don't work in the sunshine of course. However, I have my sungasses for that. All my glasses from regular lens, computer, reading, improved night vision to sunglasses, I use them all and love them! All from Idaho Eye care!“

“Daniella at the Walmart Vision Center on Overland Rd in Boise Idaho was so helpful. She is such a nice person, she did not get annoyed at all with all the glasses I tried on that she would have to then clean and put back on the shelf, she’s a pro!
