Carrie corrected my color, bleached my roots, and gave me a trim. My hair was damaged from many at home bleaches and tones and she went above and beyond to be both careful and thorough during my appointment to get me to where I needed to be while restoring the hydration in my hair and getting the color right. I couldn't say enough good things about her. I'm elated to have such a talented, knowledgeable and patient hairdresser. ❤❤❤

Not only did Carrie fix my friend's bad dye job, she went above and beyond by explaining how the color works, how the dye went bad. She was completely honest in discussing how to fix it. She didn't just slap some dye in her hair. She educated her on how to get the look she wants, and what to expect in the long run.
