Northwest Animal Hospital

Northwest Animal Hospital is an accredited facility, recognized by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), ensuring high standards of care through a thorough inspection every three years. Since 2000, it has also been Better Business Bureau Accredited. The hospital is known for its excellent service, including emergency care. One client appreciated how they accommodated an urgent situation on a Sunday, leading to successful surgery for their dog.

Another reviewer highlighted the hospital's strong communication and care during a stressful process involving a hormonal rat. They received timely updates, clear instructions, and follow-up calls post-surgery, which reassured them about their pet's well-being. Additionally, the hospital's pricing was transparent and competitive, especially for exotic pets, which are often hard to find care for in the area.

Compassionate care is a hallmark of Northwest Animal Hospital. A client shared their experience dealing with a ferret suffering from lymphoma, appreciating the upfront communication and kindness shown during a difficult time. The thoughtful gesture of flowers and the respectful handling of their pet's remains left a lasting positive impression. The staff also showed kindness and professionalism when a pet was brought in for end-of-life care, with a vet tech carrying the pet out like their own. Many clients trust the hospital for any needs, especially noting that they do not fear larger or nervous animals like pitbulls, who are pampered and loved there. The hospital also offers boarding services, with staff always being kind and thoughtful. Overall, Northwest Animal Hospital is a trusted choice for pet owners seeking quality care for both common and exotic animals.
