We recently had about 1600 SF of pre-finished wood flooring installed in our upstairs rooms. We previously had carpet (about 23 years old) removed. Jessica came out and gave us a thorough quote on the job and arranged the installation for just a few weeks later. The installers were able to install the flooring in four days total. The installation went smoothly and we're very happy with the results. It is a significant remodel, so be aware that removing old carpet and some trimming of door moldings will create some dust - it is pretty much unavoidable.
Our experience with Stacy Shelton and Nampa Floors was outstanding. Stacy was very helpful with any questions we had, and she was prompt with responses. Everyone from the delivery and installation crews was friendly, punctual, and respectful. The lead installer was super in blending the new floor with the existing floor. He changed his layout method to match the pattern that we had so that it would look like it was all laid at once. We are happy and impressed with the process and the final result.
