Best record store in Boise by far, customer service is very good. There is always a good album hiding in the walls of Modern Sounds. Definitely go here if you want friendly service and a good experience over all buying records.
The smell of vinyls hits you the second when you walk in the door. Clean, crisp paper, and wood. You know it when you smell it and it’s amazing. The shop is easy to navigate and the owner did us a huge solid today with a great steal on a Tool album.. One of our fave shops in Boise.
AWESOME collection for a smaller place. The best record shop in Boise, and the staff was great. Knowledgeable about the local music scene too, which was helpful. If I only had one stop for vinyl in the Treasure Valley, it would be here!
