Were pleased with the sidewalk Modern Concrete poured for us. The finish turned out great. The crew working on the job were pleasant and professional. They took care around our plants and were careful not to disturb our neighbors property. The bill was just as estimated. No surprises.

We hired Modern Landscape to complete a large outdoor project after the original group we hired had failed. Scott and his team were great to work with. They took our ideas and brought them to life while advising us against potential pitfalls along the way. They were able to stay on schedule and their pricing was fair. Not a review but some important information. I contacted them for a quote on a job and they emailed back that they only do work for jobs $20,000 and above. That's fine but they don't really specify that on their webpage. They were quick getting back to me after I filled out their contact form. Honestly my job might have reached $20k but they wouldn't know unless they came out and checked it out.
