Nick and his crew are awesome! I can't recommend these guys enough. The guys worked very hard and are very professional. Nick met with us multiple times to lay out exactly what we wanted. We have had a lot of work down on our house, so we are familiar with how companies get things done. Nick was by far the best at setting and meeting our expectations. It seems to me that getting the work done is easy, but what is not easy is communication between customers, sales, and the crew. That is where Modern Landscape shines. ALL questions/emails were answered promptly, and communication to his guys was obviously very good, nothing was missed. We asked for quite a bit of extra work to be done that was not on the original bid, and that was never a problem. If any problems came up, Nick dealt with them quickly. There is good reason why these guys are the best. Thanks guys! We could not be happier with our new back yard!!!
I want to give a shout out to Modern Concrete and the guys who worked on my back yard patio. I was extremely happy with how this job transpired. the excavation team with Ruben , Mikey, Anthony and Gabrial came in and got the work done .The next group of guys came in Josue , RIgo , Austin and Jesus laid the concrete and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. Pablo headed up the crew and made sure I was part of the process from start to finish. This is a top notch group from those who worked on site to Stephanie and Scott in the office.
