I cannot recommend Aubrey enough. She is highly skilled and deeply caring. Aubrey took time to understand my specific issues, using techniques that were targeted and therapeutic. She provided immediate relief and invaluable at-home advice and exercises, tailored to address the root cause of the pain. I am grateful for her expertise and genuine care.

Aubrey is an exceptional massage therapist! I'm constantly impressed by her skill in tending to my body's needs, whether it's for neck pain, TMJ, plantar fasciitis, lower back pain, sciatic pain, pulled muscles, and more. I'm amazed by her understanding of the human body and her ability to effectively tackle all of them.
What sets her apart is not just her ability to address these issues during our sessions, but also her dedication to providing practical exercises and advice for at-home care. Discovering Aubrey a few years ago has been a true blessing, and I'm incredibly grateful for her expertise!
