I have a lot of trust issues with companies working on my car as unfortunately most have damaged it further when having them work on it. McDowells was reccomended to me by Jordan at Pro Auto Detail and I am so glad I trusted his reccomendation. McDowells got my car back to new! Someone was kind enough to leave a massive dent on my driver's side and McDowells gave a reasonable quote, got me scheduled and got my car fixed! Everyone was very kind and professional and I will happily reccomend McDowells to family and friends! Thank you for being professional and taking care of my car! I am very happy with how well this turned out!

We needed a chair cushion recovered on our older recliner chair. It turned out really well & we are very happy with the job. McDowell's customer service is so much better than I've ever had anywhere! We were referred to them by a reputable furniture store in town, and I would recommend them to anyone! Torson helped me, listened to what I wanted, and suggested several fabric books that he felt would meet our needs. He scheduled a date to have the cushion picked up by Logan, and another date within 5 days to have the finished cushion re-delivered, also by Logan.
