I found relief and transformation from the first session with Matthew. As a sensitive being, I'm pretty careful about who I trust with my body and nervous system. I was surprised by how safe I felt with Matthew and the way I was able to relax into his support. His somatic sessions are truly unique, and he isn't afraid to go deep. Matthew clearly walks his talk, and does his own work. That's really important to me in a provider. I would recommend him to anyone and look forward to continuing to work with him.
