James does a great job addressing muscle tightness and soreness for those training for a race.

Anna did a great job during a full body massage. I felt great walking out the door. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my massage with James. He does the right amount of deep tissue for me. He was very open to adjusting if I needed, but I didn't need to. The intensity was right on the edge and then he'd back off and give a nice relaxing moment.

Chloe was great. She was gentle and explained every step she was doing so there were no surprised with cold or hot towels...she was knowledgeable of the products and overall very pleasant.Thank you Chloe for bringing back facials!!
