Our AC went out while
On vacation and we came on the weekend to find out our house was up to 84°. We called Liberty Heat and Air and Brent answered on first try. (No weekend after hours out-of-country virtual assistant. Thankfully it was the owner himself.) He came out on a Sunday and got us up and running again fast. Very thankful for his prompt response, kindness, knowledge on our very old unit, and very fair prices. We will definitely call again in the future when we need him. Thanks again for great service! We recently submitted bid requests for a new furnace and water heater. While all the companies we interacted with were professional and courteous, the best price was offered by Brent, the owner of Liberty Heating. He was very prompt with his bid, and explained everything very clearly. Brent did not try to upsell us anything that would have exceeded the capacity need of our small house, and he performed the installations very expeditiously. He was courteous and pleasant to work with, and I highly recommend him and his company.
