I was in Mountain Home when my clutch started to fail. I called the Boise office just before they closed. Night shift said to be there in the morning. The service manager was not expecting me, first thing in the morning and they were working against a holiday closure. Yet they got me in. Once it was torn down, they found an additional problem. A tech from second shift jumped in to help our EXCELLENT first shift guy get everything wrapped up. I was out of the shop that same evening.This is the second time that the service staff here really came through for me!

My turbo decided to go by by. They were able to repair all of the damaged parts within 4 days. They were waiting for a bumper part and offered to take one off another truck so I can get running sooner. I took that offer. Thank you guys for being so friendly and accommodating to me. I had to get things out of my truck several times while it was there and it was never a problem.
