At first I felt out of place and awkward here. However, I rarely cut my hair anyway so that could have played a roll in that. I came in to cut significant length off my hair and thin it out a bit due to the extreme influx of migraines I was having. The stylist was very knowledgeable and his suggestions were correct. I will definitely be back as I try to learn to keep up with my hair.

I asked the lady for a simple cut. I gave my son my phone as a distraction and offered to take it if she wasn't able to cut his hair while he was on it. She said he was fine. After I got him home his hair looked butched. She blamed it on the phone. I don't like to complain about people but if you can't cut a child's hair with a phone in there hands then please say so. Would rather take the phone then pay for a garbage hair cut.

The store on Franklin in Boise is the only place I will go to get a haircut. Tam is very polite and she knows what she is doing The others in that shop could use some training, and the tall blonde lady could use some training on being courteous she’s nasty rude
