Request Kenyon. I’ve been going to him for nearly a year and without fail, provides tailored service and phenomenal precision. A new hire nearly butchered my cut today, I asked her to stop and waited for Kenyon - he corrected it and treated me with kindness, the other ‘employee’ couldn’t have cared less. Sloppy, rude, not fit. Hope she figures it out.

Their online check in system runs pretty smoothly and greatly reduces wait time. Plus, the stylists usually do a good job cutting my kids’ hair—simple buzz cut on the side, a little longer on top. You do have to be sure to evaluate the cut at the end, though. A couple of times I’ve had someone who was probably a new stylist and had trouble getting a cut even. Overall, I’ve been pleased with this location. The prices are reasonable for basic haircuts.

I have been going to great clips on Broadway since it opened. And although through out the years staff has changed because that is the way it goes sometimes, I have remained loyal to great clips because they treat me with respect, are kind, patient and are great hairstylists and therefore always do a fantastic job. I appreciate all of them 100 % and I recommend them to anyone.thank you great clips!!!
