My haircut was nothing like I asked, bangs a lot shorter than I showed her. My hair length I asked for was just touching my shoulders and it was cut much shorter. Plus I have never had a stylist cut my hair while on her knees from the floor. Extremely disappointing.

Great haircut. I loved that it was so fast. I walked in, with no appt, and there was just 2 people in front of me, but I waited less than 10 minutes. I would definitely go back again.

I’ve never been to a Great Clips before, so I was unaware that they would just do a dry cut (not wash my hair). The cut is decent, but I do feel like we missed the lower layer of my hair.
