A new hire nearly butchered my cut today, I asked her to stop and waited for Kenyon - he corrected it and treated me with kindness, the other ‘employee’ couldn’t have cared less. Sloppy, rude, not fit. Hope she figures it out.

You do have to be sure to evaluate the cut at the end, though. A couple of times I’ve had someone who was probably a new stylist and had trouble getting a cut even. I have been going to great clips on Broadway since it opened. And although through out the years staff has changed because that is the way it goes sometimes, I have remained loyal to great clips because they treat me with respect, are kind, patient and are great hairstylists and therefore always do a fantastic job. I appreciate all of them 100 % and I recommend them to anyone.thank you great clips!!!
