I just wanted to shout out Amber at the McMillan/Eagle Great Clips. She immediately understood my 4 year olds sensory issues and was so incredibly patient with him. She showed him everything she was going to do, let him touch the clippers and the guards, let him keep his ears covered, and gave him a sensory toy to squish when she had to get around his ears. Her ability to cut air while calming him was astounding. Highly, highly recommend her.Service: Kids' cuts

I took my daughter for a haircut before school started. They were really friendly and even allowed me to have my chihuahua on my lap as it was too hot outside for her to remain in the car. ♡

This review for Gulia. I go to great clips because I love the functionality of the app for check in purposes and because I want the same cut every time. Today I saw that the Eagle McMillan location had a 15 min wait as I was a red light on Fairview. I checked in drove over to E&M Great Clips location. I noticed I was number 3 on the wait list and Gulia walked up and said she could take me immediately. She escorted me over to the chair and we discussed the cut and she got started but where this experience was different was that she was so gentle with everything every step of the way.
