When I was contractor in NYC I frequently had to find esoteric parts to rebuild...say contoured brass weather strips for 70 year old double hung windows. I found a mom and pop vendor that had a machine to produce the strips, located in their living room, somewhere in the borough of Queens. They not only reproduced the strips, they fed me lunch and entertained me with an oral history of brass strip manufacturing.You probably won't get a free lunch at ESL, but you will be informed, and you will walk out the door with quality product.Tell them I sent you. We did almost our entire house with Acacia wood and we love it!
The salespersons were very helpful, gave us great info, and the price was the best we'd found! This was 4 yrs ago, and the wood looks like new.
