10/10 experience! My husband and I did the fire + ice room and a massage. It was absolutely incredible! Every worker was helpful, knowledgeable & the amenities were luxury! We were thrilled to have found this place after we experienced something like this at a resort in Mexico! Now we will be regulars ? They’re in the process of updating their website so see the photos of the menus we got for services & pricing! Now go experience it all for yourself & Enjoy!

Hands down best service and amenities in Boise! As a full time ultra runner my body goes through a lot. My number one job is to keep my body injury free and rejuvenated to keep on training. I came into Emerald by chance on a run during my 3 day trip to Boise and decided to extend my trip to 9 days specifically to optimize my recovery here. (Side note I travel full time for my trail running) The customer service creates an outstanding personal experience and the amenities will keep you healthy at a comfortably challenging level. Could not recommend this place enough.
