Elements has a quiet spa like atmosphere and friendly staff. There are over a dozen different therapists to try. I love Mary. She is so skilled in different techniques to help my stiff neck and hip pain. She is also mindful of my fibromyalgia and arthritis pain. I’ve gone twice a month for over a year. This consistency has greatly improved my pain and overall well being!
Adam listened carefully to what I wanted from the massage and then delivered not only what I asked for (targeted muscular/myofacial release) but did it with the intensity level I asked for (on the first round, without any further questions) and also did it in the gentlest fashion I've ever encountered. It was both relaxing and releasing at the same time; a unique combination I've never experienced before. Magical! I've always had good massages from Elements but this was truly world class.
