I will give one star because it is the lowest I can give. Terrible customer service. Pick up from origin was 4 days later than scheduled. Delivery was made after hours to an unmanned facility and driver was rude about trying to re-route. This company is not willing to go above or beyond. Just slightly below. DO NOT WASTE your time money or patience.

Shipped a pallet cross country from ID to FL. Three day delivery turned into almost two weeks days due to TForce routing to the wrong terminal and having to reroute to correct address. Upon arrival in FL they wouldn't deliver to customer, even though they had delivered multiple times before, and we had to hire another company to take it the last five miles. Their resolution? 10% off a $700+ bill. Don't waste your time or money with TForce.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I took off work, waited 4 hours, no call, no response of the phone when called. Unbelievable how people think a business will survive with this business model. Lady who rated 5 stars must be family of the owner. 5 stars not even close.
