Ben was our technician today. He performed a very thorough job on the initial inspection and service needs of our heater and air conditioner. Further, he spent time adjusting settings on the thermostat to optimize performance of this equipment. Great attitude and great work - Drake will be back!
We had John and Carl out on 8/2/24 to replace a valve on our boiler system. We were given a quote and although a bit steep, I still felt it was worth it with the times we are in. However, when I got the final bill, it was cheaper as John had taken the time to locate another valve that would work just as well and saved us some money. I have used Drake for years and this is one of the reasons why. John is fair to his customers as well as the company he works for. I will always request John as my go to plumber.
Had Greg & Braulio from Drake Mechanical out to my house for a gas line and they were amazing! Very professional, on time, and got the work done faster than I expected. I would absolutely use them again!
